We loved our stay at the hotel, especially enjoying the nearby Shedd Aquarium. The kids were thrilled to see all the aquatic life. The room was spacious enough for our family, and the complimentary breakfast, although simple, was a nice start to our busy days.

In my wife’s opinion, more dining options for kids would be great.

our stay at springhill suites by marriott chicago chinatown was fantastic! the location was amazing, just a short walk to the cermak chinatown train station. brandie, the staff member, was super helpful and friendly, sharing great tips for exploring here. affordable and safe parking was a big plus too!

Had a lovely stay! The staff were super friendly and gave great food tips. The location felt super safe with tons of delish food options and quirky shops nearby. Breakfast had a nice mix—loved the yogurt bar! Only thing was the room could've been a bit brighter, but it didn't ruin the vibe. Overall, a great find.
